Sales Administration (Surabaya Based)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to provide a close support towards Sales and Marketing Department in the area of interpret and process Sales Orders in an accurate and timely manner, resolve order queries, customer development activities, customer care activities, as well as providing general office support on an as needs basis.
Requirements:
Female and holds a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Marketing Management or Industrial Engineering background.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience preferably within the similar roles in manufacturing MNC's.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the area of marketing administration as well as marketing support.
Experience in providing administrative support in a dynamic and demanding environment as well as complex diary management and handling a wide range of activities and prioritizing these effectively.
Demonstrate pleasant personality and excellent customer service ability to both internal and external customers.
Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo operations for process improvements.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.

Responsibilities:
To maintain and organize all documents and admin database for sea clearance importation and supply information and reports on request.
Data entry import cost and expenses in DA.
Check and monitor fund expenses and settlement.
Maintain import expenses database and create report to Manager.
Prepare insurance certificate for clearance purpose.
Prepare report on Import clearance sequence whenever requested by customer.
Create manifest as a condition for expense settlement.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Minimum of 2 (two) years as CS in Freight Forwarding/ Logistic/ Courier.
Good understanding and able to work closely with internal and external customer effectively and accurately.
Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
Good administration skills and highly organized.
Able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and proactive.
