Job Descriptions:
Manage the administrative works in corporate and marketing division
Coordinate admin staff in delivering admin duties
Monitor and review sales performance record and compile into Weekly Sales Performance report
Coordinate staff in supporting sales team and presales team in admin function
Monitor sales expenditure and prepare report for superior review
Develop sales and marketing data to achieve sales and marketing results and effectiveness
Able to develop process measurement & target
Strong analysis in developing and improving existing business result to meet organization objectives
Job Requirements:
Female, with maximum age of 28 years old
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related subject
At least 2 years of experience
Computer Literate
Attractive, sociable and Mature
Pleasant personality with good communication skill
Highly creative, self motivated, strong-drive, good analytical, hard worker and should be able to work under pressure to meet deadline or target
