Job Description:

Conduct Company training needs analysis
Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development and training programs
Design and implement assessment and evaluation tools
Conduct training follow-ups
Design and implement people development programs for competencies enhancement
Refurnish, equip and manage a training centre
Design and implement training management information systems
Design and implement training policies and processes
Lead and manage team members for Training matters

Job Requirement:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
    Required skill(s): ability to conduct sales training
    At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
    Job role in Sales Training & Development or equivalent
    Strong background in sales (Consumer Products/FMCG)
    Willing to travel extensively
