A minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with strong and solid experience in real estate and space management (min 5 years)
Experience with site acquisition and asset management
Have good negotiation skill
Good interpersonal skill and have a good networking
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Both individual and team player
